Following the guidance published by the Irish Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists our stores are open and you can travel to us for appointments during Level 5.

Our colleagues and clinicians in store will be operating under latest guidance from the government and professional bodies to ensure your safety remains our top priority.
Before you visit one of our stores, we will setup a phone call with one of our store colleagues to ensure that we can support you in the safest possible way. We may be able to help you during remotely which will reduce the need for you to visit our store for an appointment. ie, you might need replacement batteries. In this instance, we can post these out to you.
If you require an appointment you will be given an appointment time attend. Our stores are operating under the current social distancing government guidelines, when you arrive in store for an appointment you will be met at the door by one of our instore colleagues who will be able to support and guide you to your appointment.
Please be assured that our teams will ensure our clinic rooms are cleaned thoroughly between each appointment and our clinicians will be wearing the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in line with the latest government and professional guidelines for any procedures we carry out.
Depending on the type of procedure, our clinicians may also ask you to wear PPE. If you require new hearing aids, wherever possible we will aim to test and fit you with new hearing aids on the same day to reduce the need for you needing a second appointment. We will then also aim to follow-up with you by phone consultation to ensure you are getting the most out of your new hearing aids.
As a health care provider, we always strive to deliver the highest clinical and hygiene standards, including regular hand washing and cleaning equipment between customers. But, given the threat we are all facing from COVID-19, we have bought in some new measures to try and combat the spread of the virus during essential appointments:
Following government guidance, we’re asking anyone with flu-like symptoms not to visit us. When our customers are feeling better, we’ll help them rebook their appointment and look forward to welcoming them back in-store.
We’ll get in touch with you before your booked appointment to check whether you need essential help and whether you’re well enough to visit.
In line with guidance on social distancing, we’d ask that you come to your appointment alone if possible.
We’ll avoid carrying out any tests or procedures that require close proximity between the audiologist and customer (e.g. fittings, micro-suction, using an otoscope to examine the ears, etc.)
Things we're doing to keep you safe in store include:
Disinfecting test rooms and equipment after each person we see.
Following government guidelines and using protective equipment when required.
